How the Beauclair Photography Process Works
At Beauclair Photography, we craft luxury custom portrait experiences that result in stunning heirloom art you’ll cherish forever.
Serving Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, and surrounding communities, we plan every session with intention — from wardrobe to final display. Our process ensures your portraits look beautiful now and for generations to come.
Book Your Custom Photoshoot
The Beauclair Photography Process begins with your Discovery Call, providing you with information on our process.
This is a get-to-know-you call, as I want to learn about you and your photo project.
Together, we choose an available date and book your custom photo session. Typically, we are booked 2 to 3 months out.
Once booked, we will step you through how to have a successful custom photoshoot. We will also book your in-home Design and Style Consultation, which takes place 2 to 3 weeks prior to your custom photoshoot.
Planning & Styling Consultation
During your in-person or Zoom Design & Style Consultation, we’ll finalize your style and wardrobe looks, assisting you in selecting the best outfits for your vision and photoshoot plan.
I am here to support you. If you have questions after your in-home Style Consultation, we’ll coordinate through phone calls or emails if you still have questions. You will have ample time for any last-minute adjustments or dry cleaning needs.

Custom Luxe Photoshoot
I will fully guide you through your photoshoot, where you will be supported with styling, posing, and wardrobe choices. Believe it or not, shooting with Beauclair Photography is FUN! It is important to me that you feel comfortable, relaxed, and SEEN.
Creating authentic portraits requires personal experiences that are catered to the type of session and vision we have planned together. Custom photoshoot sessions are between two and four hours long.
YOU are in charge of your vision, and we are here to support you in creating images that are a legacy for you and your family.
Print & Reveal Ordering Appointment
Approximately 3–7 days after your photo shoot, you’ll return to the studio for your View & Order appointment.
This dedicated time is set aside to finalize your portrait selections, so we recommend scheduling when all decision-makers can be present.
Using state-of-the-art software and photos of your home, we will display your portraits scaled directly onto your walls—eliminating the guesswork and ensuring your artwork is perfectly sized for your space.
We guide you through every step, using the goals and vision established during your consultation to bring your custom portraits to life.
Delivery & Installation
Approximately 4-6 weeks after your ordering appointment, your print products will be available for pickup or local delivery.
Some of our clients prefer to have their portraits delivered and installed in their homes.
We work with Wall Art installation experts to assist in the heavy lifting and hanging.
This also assures that your portraits find their intended display home and can be enjoyed and admired. Let us handle the heavy lifting and hanging.
