At Beauclair Photography, my approach is to envision the final outcome of your custom print products from the very beginning. Before we even take a single photograph, we strategically plan how your images will be showcased in your home or narrate the story in your personalized family album.
My goal is to create captivating, iconic images tailored for your home. If you aspire to establish a family gallery that seamlessly integrates older images with the new portraits you're commissioning, I can make that vision a reality.
Your individual requirements and considerations will shape the direction of your personalized one-on-one Design Consultation.
STEP 1: BOOK YOUR CUSTOM PHOTO SHOOT
Your Beauclair Photography experience begins with a complimentary discovery call. This is a get-to-know-you conversation where we learn about you, your vision, and your portrait project. Together we choose an available date and confirm your session. We typically book 2 to 3 months out — so the sooner you reach out, the better.
Once booked, we will step you through how to have a successful custom photoshoot. We will also book your in-home Design and Style Consultation, which takes place 2 to 3 weeks prior to your custom photoshoot.
STEP 2: PLANNING and STYLE CONSULTATION
Your in-person or Zoom Design and Style Consultation is where your vision truly begins to take shape. We finalize your wardrobe looks, select the best outfits for your session plan, and walk through every detail together.
What we cover in your consultation?
Wardrobe planning and styling guidance
A clear understanding of your investment and print product options
Wall art planning — we think about where your portraits will live in your home from day one
Any other details — yes, that includes whether to bring your family pet or a special guest (the answer is always yes!)
After your consultation there is plenty of time for last-minute adjustments, dry cleaning, or any follow-up questions. We are here to support you every step of the way.
STEP 3: YOUR CUSTOM LUXURY PHOTOSHOOT
On session day, you are fully guided from the moment you arrive. Shannon and her team support you with styling, posing, and wardrobe direction throughout your entire session. Custom photoshoots are between two and four hours long — and yes, they are genuinely fun.
It is important to us that you feel comfortable, relaxed, and completely seen. Creating authentic portraits requires a personal experience that is entirely tailored to you and the vision we have planned together. You are in charge of your vision — we are here to bring it to life.

STEP 4: PRINT REVEAL & ORDERING APPOINTMENT
Approximately 3 to 7 days after your photo shoot, you will come to the studio for your View and Order appointment.
Your View and Order appointment is the time set aside to finalize your portrait order, so be sure and schedule a time when all decision makers can be present.
Using our state-of-the-art software and photos of the walls in your home, we will show your portraits scaled onto your walls, which solves the problem of what size to order; not too big, not too small, but just right!
We will guide you every step of the way using your goals from the consultation to achieve your vision for your custom portraits
STEP 5: DELIVERY & INSTALLATION of YOUR CUSTOM PORTRAITS
Approximately 4-6 weeks after your ordering appointment, your print products will be available for pickup or local delivery. Some of our clients prefer to have their portraits delivered and installed in their homes. We work with Wall Art installation experts to assist in the heavy lifting and hanging. This also assures that your portraits find their intended display home and can be enjoyed and admired.

Prepayment Bonus Program & Payment Plan
I know that having portraits taken can be expensive and am proud to offer my clients a Prepayment Bonus Program. This allows clients to receive additional images by paying for their collections prior to the photoshoot. I am happy to set up a payment plan prior to your session to make it easier to budget as well as getting up to 10 additional images added to your collection by taking advantage of this program.
I also allow clients to pay for their images in 2 installments to be paid for within a month of the ordering day with a portion paid as a deposit. All images held until final payment.
Prepayment Bonus Program — Pay for your collection prior to your photoshoot and receive up to 10 additional bonus images added to your collection. This is one of our most popular options and a wonderful way to maximize your investment.
