On-site travel within King County starts at $250 for a half day. All pricing includes one high-resolution retouched digital image per person, guided posing direction, and wardrobe consultation.

We recommend booking 3–4 weeks in advance, particularly for on-site sessions that require travel coordination and setup planning. Larger teams or sessions requiring multiple backdrops may need additional lead time. That said, we always do our best to accommodate your timeline — reach out early and we'll find a date that works for your team.

We bring a complete portable studio — professional lighting, backdrops, and equipment — so your results are consistent and polished regardless of your office environment. A travel and setup fee applies based on team size and location, starting at $250 for a half day within King County.

Yes. Same-day image selection is available so each team member can review and choose their preferred images before the session wraps. We also offer post-session ordering for teams who prefer to review images at their own pace, or for HR teams managing the process centrally. Our goal is to make this easy, quick, and efficient — with enough variety for every employee to feel great about their final image.
