Client Spotlight - Personal Branding with Dr. Alice Kuntz and Inner Vitality
Background:
Dr. Kuntz immigrated from South Korea as a young child and grew up in California. She graduated with Honors in Biology at Stanford University, got her Medical Doctor degree from the University of California San Francisco. She practiced over 18 years with a particular interest in surgical and non-surgical facial rejuvenation. She left to follow her passion and open her practice Inner Vitality.
About Inner Vitality:
Inner Vitality is a boutique medspa in Bellevue Washington, where a blend of beauty and wellness encompass our tagline, “health and beauty from the inside out”. What separates us from your typical medspa is our focus on health and wellness as a core part of the practice. As both an MD and acupuncturist, I take a holistic approach to wellness, and merge both eastern and western approaches to medicine. I also put a high emphasis on functional medicine, which focuses on the root cause rather than just waiting until a client is sick. We offer the same services as medspa, with a range of injectables, but I also like to focus on regenerative and biostimulatory therapies, which encourage bodies and tissue to perform and work better than someone's age. We use bio therapies- using PRP (Platelet-rich plasma) and PRP gel, which allow tissue to regenerate and grow better using energy devices such as laser or microneedling, to push tissue to behave in a younger fashion. We also incorporate hormone balance and replacement if necessary, medical weight loss, and improving sexual function and vitality.
Working with Shannon and her team was a wonderful experience, specifically for social branding for my business. Shannon and her videographer Cutler made the entire experience seamless and so easy. They came in with all of their equipment ready and models that would be used during the shoot. I really wanted to capture the patient experience at Inner Vitality, and show to prospective clients what the process would look like with me. I wanted to show the patient's journey from the minute they walked in the door, to our consultation together, to receiving a procedure with me. The video came out amazing, and is now featured on the homepage of my website. Our intent was to have prospective clients see the video and have any initial worries eased. The ability to weave in a bit of my own personal story into the video while showing the process here at Inner Vitality, was so great. If you are a business owner needing personal branding updates for your team, I cannot recommend Shannon and her team enough.
